After recently installing my new motherboard, DVD43 had stopped working. Downloaded CCcleaner to fix reg errors and several other troubleshooting methods I read about around the internets.

    Still getting error message:
"Driver inactive or not installed properly. please re install"

I also tried installing Patin-Couffin but to no avail.

    Any suggestions?

DVD43 conflicts with many other programs and on top of that usually cannot accomplish what it is intended to do. Definitely not worth the effort in my opinion. If you want to stick with freeware, go the route that Jo has suggested to you.
