"dvddecrypter" app

    I use the now defunct "dvddecrypter" app to decrypt protected dvds. When done it opens VLC by default. Is there a choice to use another recording app such as POTPLAYER. Easier to use and find recorded dvd as it has a built in save folder. Any info welcome.
