Hi, I tried to rip with DVDFab Decrypter but before I start a message recommend me to comply with its speed....which I did. When my computer restart, I have issue right at the first step. It keeps scaning my disk and it constantly says "Please insert DVD disk or choose DVD folder/image file." I didnt have any problem when I use DVDShrink or DVDDecrypter. Now the drive cant open any disc I have. I did uninstall the hardware but it didnt help. I have uninstall DVDFab too....it didnt change much.... Please could anyone help....I cant afford to get a new DVD-RW drive
Hi, sorry to hear of your problems, but it sounds as if you lost your drivers for the drive. May need to use system restore ( restore to an earlier time before you made major changes). I presume you are using Xp. Hope this helps
