Dvd shrink opens the dvd tray after I click on back-up. And then I get an error message. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
does it anylise the disc first then when you hit back up open the tray? if it does i would say this is a program error, uninstall & reinstall
It would help if you could tell us wich error are you getting with shrink.Otherwise it is dificult to do a gess.Try to post what it says, maybe then someone can help you.
