I am using DVDx 1.8a to make a VCD (MPEG) with subtitles. The problem is the audio comes out choppy and echoey. The video is perfect and the subtitles look great. The ONLY issue is the sound. I have found no issues about this on any forums or search engines. I have made small ones from parts of the movie and watched it under the DVDx Player and the audio always is choppy (it is in sycn, but choppy.) The only idea I have is maybe soem kind of audio codec? Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

I had that experience too, but guess what, I unchecked the sync box and it's ok. But my problem is, I am using DVDx 2.0, when the encoding is almost done(95%), I got an AVIStream write error 2147205017. Anyone have any idea what's wrong? This forum is so lonely.
