dvdxcopy error reading source disk & dvdxcopy xpress error occured reading sectors

    Hello can anyone help me out having problems with dvdxcopy. the error message i'm getting is 321 studios dvdxcopy.Rety ERROR reading source disk. yes i made sure the dik is clean. ALSO it doze this error right after you hit copy. the other problem is dvdxcopy xpress i'm getting ERROR occured reading sectors! CAn any one help me out? Also th dvd rewritable cd i have is a MATSHITA DVD RAM SW-9571 DON't know if the dvd player works with this or not maybe thats the problem

    I have the same error messages on certain movies. On shrek I just change from wide screen to full. I'm still looking for help on this issue.

    yeah im getting that problem reading in my burner but not in my dvd rom, why is that
