DVDXCOPY EXPRESS - file will not burn to DVD

I am using dvdxcopy express version 3.2.1 , upgraded from ver 2.0.
my problem is that recently when i copy a dvd the program reads the entire disc, wheather i am copying the entire disc or just the movie itself, however when the reading is over and it appears to begin to copy it to the blank after about a minute, i get a err message that states can not copy to disc, please advise me as to what to do in order to resolve this problem, i am running the program on windows xp pro. thank you for your assistance in this matter.

 

so you try to do a full backup and it doesnt burn? try the customer support(oops, forgot they got shut down),
