DVI to HDMI causing lines to run across tv...

    Hey,
    I am connecting my PC to my 1080p tv monitor with the Monster m1000 cable(DVI to HDMI) and I have encountered a problem. Whenever I have the resolution set to anything widescreen higher than 1280 by 720 i get colored lines running across my screen. Most full screen resolutions are fine, but it acts up when on a high resolution setting, especially when playing video. Any idea why this is?

    Bad cable, old video drivers, or crap card

    How do I know which one of those is the problem?

    first go to your video crads site and get the newest drivers, then if it is still doing this post me your system specs and a dxdiag
