DVR 2 DVD anyone??????????

Okay i have a DVR box from Timewarner cable i was wanting to know if some of the games or movies i got on that HD could i put them on my PC HD????

I haven't seen any info on firewire recoding to PC on the Scientific Atlanta but here's a thread that shows you can attach an external SATA drive to the unit:

or you can get a dvd recorder, have your dvr connected to the recorder , and then the recorder connected to your tv , copy your programs to a blank dvd , you choose how good the quality , 1 hour = super , 2 hours = good , and soo on.........
