DX-3220 Subtitle help?

    Hi,

    I have just purchased an H&B Dx-3220 from http://www.tech-tonic.com and am v pleased. However, this is supposed to support DivX subtitles but I am told will need a firmware upgrade.. can anyone tell me where or when this will be available??

    I am also in need of a firmware upgrade but it appears that H&B do not have it on their webiste even thoguh it has been released.

    i am very dispointed in this because i'm having problems with my machine.

    Does anyone now where we can downlaod a firmware upgrade for the H&B DX-3220?
