I try to burn a movie ,after clicking burn the Roxio Classic burn set up window comes up. An error window (E:TTSTcorp cd/dvdw sh-s182) The device is reserved by another application. What is this telling me and why can't I burn the movie?
Hi. Do you have any other burning software installed like Nero? Is Roxio Drag to Disk installed? Is the disk you're inserting a formatted RW disk? You might also set your system back to an earlier restore point and see if the problem resolves. If so, there is likely a rogue driver/application causing the problem.
