My e700 thinks it is charging when it isnt? It wont let me use the camera because it says cant use with cable in. Is this a software problem? Should i just send it back to samsung? i have an e700 and all i get from it is problems te screen keeps going white and the camera no longer works it seems to be the majority of these phones that are breaking.
Have you checked all of the contact points on the phone, your best bet is, if you can, to take the case off and anything else you can and clean it, thoroughly. If this doesn't help check the contacts on the cable or anything else, if these don't help come back and I'll see what else I can come up with. This is just a simple thing to do.
