I have some home movies on dvd and I want to remove certain frames and scenes and re-burn it on a DVD to send to a relative. Are there any good programs that will allow me to do this. Basically be my own movie editor.

After I burn an Iso with shrink. Is it possible to extract the VOB file from the ISO file. I'd like to convert the vob file to mp4.

There are a few prog to do this, but I think for finished DVD the best is Mpeg Video Wizard DVD. It let you cut, fade, transition video and more.

Take a look at DvdReMake Pro if your disk has menus and you would like to keep them in edited version.

Let me second the recommendation for DVDReMake Pro if you want to keep the menu structure intact. You can remove all or part of a scenes and also get rid of menu buttons that point to them if necessary.
