    hey. i have "catch me if you can" on my comp. it split it up into 5 vob files. what i want to do, not just on this dvd, but also on others, is to edit out certain language. how do i go about doing this?

    i have sony vegas, dvd shrink, tmpgenc (or whatever), and i can get other stuff too. please help.

    ps. it is the real movie, not some bootleg download or anything. just so you know for the rules or whatever.

    Open it in DVD Shrink.
    Uncheck the bits you don't want.
    Backup the disc.

    no. i dont want to take out video. i know how to do that. i want to change the audio. like remove profanities and stuff. the audio, not the video.

    Edit audio in Goldwave, Audacity, or Soundforge.
    Remove profanity, replace with blank of EXACT same length, or it will go out of sync badly.
