    I have a brother correctronic 340 typewriter,the machine turns on ,the line #1 light blinks and will not turn off the machine will not type

    Hard to tell what might be wrong with this machine from here. Definitely broke. How OLD is it??!! Probably costs more to repair than replace. WAIT. Who uses a typewriter anymore??

    Move to more modern tech. Word processor.
