empty program appears and disappears on taskbar

While I was in the task manager something named Sysfade or Sysfader appeared for a second and disappeared. Could this be the program? And how do I get rid of it if it's bad? Thx.

I don't know how, but it's finally gone. Thx for all your help. I appreciate it a lot. I'll post back if it reappears again. Thx again.

 

V-kos was right. It was the program hpcmpmgr.exe that caused this problem. It only appeared when I turned my computer on from hibernation. I quickly turned on filemon and saw that it was hpcmpmgr.exe. I deleted it and now my problem is fully solved. Thx for all your help.
