Encoding Slow Down In Shrink

    When using Shrink, it would only take 7-15 minutes to Encode a movie depending on the compression. For some reason, a 77% compression now takes over an hour. Does anyone know if maybe my default settings have changed or can anyone lend me any advice?

    Sounds like you have went from DMA mode to Pio mode. Change IDE controllers back to DMA mode in device manager.
