End of DVD playback problems

I have a problem with playback of the second to last or last chapters of my recorded DVDs. I use DVDShrink to shrink the files from DVDs that I want, and burn them using Nero. I pretty well know what I am doing in that regard. But, when I try to playback the DVD, the entire thing works except for the last or second to last chapters, where the video pauses and skips so much that you can't watch the movie at all. The discs don't have scratches or anything on them and this has happened on many of my DVDs. I am wondering if it is a problem with my burner, which is a Memorex; my DVDs, which are LiquidVideo DVD-Rs; or what?

Problems are very typical of poor quality media and/or the use of labels on burnt DVD's.

 

Try setting the target size in dvd shrink to 4200-4300 MB so you don't burn to the very outside edge of the disc. Also get some good quality media. Here is a good guide. http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm
