hi. I'm having dramas with the epson cx3100. I live in Australia, so don't know if the codes are different here, but everytime I try to print something, i get evenly spaced grey/black lines across the page. If what I'm trying to print is only a half page wide (like a column), the black line only goes across half the page. I have recharged my ink cartridge, but I'm sure it was working fine for a while after I did this. I can't see any ink leaking. It's driving me crazy! any suggestions? thanks ...
it needs a clean! my one at work did the exact same thing. if you have a scanner, clean the glass. otherwise get an expert to come andd give it the once over. its's not expensive, i've had it done many a time biz
um, it didn't work. tks anyway. I've been on the phone to Epson (what a happy bunch they are, not). Looks like it's a problem with the print head. Joy. Wish your suggestion had worked!
