Error caused by a device driver

    A message appears on a blue screen with error code information (for example: e.g. 0x0000001E, KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED)I sent the error report and they say they dont know the soloution. any ideas on what to do?

    will it start in safe mode ? kmode is kernl mode
    try googling the error code or the code with the kernl part
    probably your pc is just infected.

    now it says that the CAUSE-This issue may occur if the display driver is caught in an infinite loop while it waits for the video hardware to become idle. This issue typically indicates a problem with the video hardware or that the display driver cannot program the hardware correctly.
    RESOLUTION-To resolve this issue, obtain and install the most current driver for your video adapter, or replace your video card. but i dont know what this means? what should i do?
