A message appears on a blue screen with error code information (for example: e.g. 0x0000001E, KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED)I sent the error report and they say they dont know the soloution. any ideas on what to do?
will it start in safe mode ? kmode is kernl mode try googling the error code or the code with the kernl part probably your pc is just infected.
