error message using tmpgenc ???

    hi im trying to convert an avi file to dvd with tmpgenc but it gets to about 89 - 97 % and an error message comes up saying "error wrighting stream" and then it stops, it has done this on to different movies now, im using the trail version which i download from their site, any ideas why this might be please??? :(

    hi!!

    not sure why you would want to convert an avi file to dvd, but you might try going into options/environmental settings/VFAPI plugins, and once in there right click on the lower priority ones and raise the priority up a notch or two. probably the directshow one.
