Problem Error PQDVD iPod Output Problem

Can anyone help me? I have an ipod video converter program, but it will not record. I recorded another DVD earlier, so know the process, but this specific DVD will not work. When I click to Open DVD, the DVD plays and tells me when it's ready to record. When I click on File and "Set Output File name and Location" or click on "Open" and Set Output File name and Location"- nothing happens. It won't allow me to set the output folder. When I attempt to RECORD the dvd I receive the error message, "Cannot create output file. Output folder does not exist or you have no permission to create files in output folder". Is there any possibility to record or am I out of luck on this one? Please help.
