I finally got the drivers, latest Phone Tools software and all installed and Win Xp keeps trying to recognize my V220 but I keep getting an error message that say 'Telephony interface cannot be started". Any ideas, help? Somebody please take pity on an old technoligally retarded woman.....

i was able to solve this problem for me. usually this means that the telephony service that is a part of windows xp has been disabled. to sold this go start -> run and type 'services.msc' without the '. then search for the service called 'Telephony'. if it says disabled then right click it and set it to manual... if it says manual... then i dunno start it or something ;x
