    ekikos,

    This part of the log:

    I 19:05:34 Writing LeadIn...
W 19:05:36 Failed to Write Sectors 0 - 31 - The semaphore timeout period has expired.
    W 19:05:36 Retrying (1 of 20)...
W 19:05:37 Retry Failed - Power On, Reset, or Bus Device Reset Occurred
    W 19:05:37 Retrying (2 of 20)...
W 19:05:38 Retry Failed - The semaphore timeout period has expired.

Shows that the process is failing while trying to write leadin info, this is consistant with media the burner doesn't have a write strategy for, poor in quality and your trying to write to it way too fast.

    First:
    I 19:05:25 Write Speed: 16x

Try slowing it down to 8x or 4x and see if that helps or try using verbatim disks.
