errorifo message at 99%

    I'm fairly new to this dvd backup thing, but pretty knowledgeable when it comes to computers. I've successfully burned about 15 movies without incident, but every time i try to backup Goodwill Hunting, it errors out at 99% with "ErrorIfo". The header on the error box is "Loadme_XPRESS". Any suggestions? It's driving me nuts!!

    I'm running:
    Windows XP Pro
    Optorite DVD +/- R/RW
    P4 2.66 with a Gig of RAM

    try dvd clone. and you might wanna clean the disk with window cleaner,such as windex and wipe the disk, and try again, but clonedvd has worked great for me.
