EURO VOX MAX CHANNELS DELETED

I REALLY NEED HELP ALL MY CHANNELS HAVE BEEN DELETED ON MY EURO VOX MAX. HOW DO YOU ADD NEW ONES?
PLEASE HELP

 

First of all knock off your cap key, make sure that you have a live feed in the RF in socket at the rear, turn your box and TV on.
Now press Menu and go across to Config, choose Clear Data OK and enter 0000 and choose Factory Default on your correct Symbol rate 6952 Telepest 6887 Aunti Hell press OK, when that is done press Ok to do a Power Scan, and all will be well. I you want more guidance the go to here >>>>>>>>>>>

ARE YOU TELLING ME TO FLASH MY BOX COS IVE NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE.
IS THERE ANYWAY IT CAN BE DONE MAUALLY?

 

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW THE CHANNELS GOT DELETED I DID IT BY MISTAKE ON CLEAR DATA THEN ERASE ALL CHANNELS.
I AM COMPLETLY NEW TO ALL OF THIS. NOW WHEN I GO ON MY EURO VOX MAX ALL IT SAYS IS CHANNEL CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. AND WHEN I TRY AN AUTO SCAN IT SAYS NO TRANSPORDER TO SCAN.
PS:IM HOPE THAT HEPLS YOU HELP ME!
I CANT LIVE WITHOUT TELLY!

I have told you to change the symbol, so just calm down and start completely afresh, go back into Menu and Clear Data again, and choose the other symbol rate. And turn your caps lock off please

 

Thank you, now do as I have suggested, and start again, and choose your correct symbol rate, that is why it it not picking anything up, otherwise the only other reason is - you have not got the cable in the RF input socket.

 

ive tried both symbol rates now and nothing comes up when i do a power scan. it just says 'TP:000'. i also tried an auto scan and that says no transporder to scan.

 

i dont know if i have an RF input on my box.
but il try and find it.

 

Then you have to check the cable feed then, and make sure that it is live and is in the correct place, what is your location.

 

From the front it is the socket at the top right hand side okay, that is looking from the front, the one there is the RF socket.

 

it turns out that i didnt have anything in my RF input.
(i am so stupid because you said that the whole time)im trying another power scan and il see if it works!

 

Dohhh it will work now, just make sure that you have the correct symbol rate for your area and it will be fine, and in future try not to panick, you only get yourself in deeper okay.

 

it still not workin, you must remember i have 0 chanels. my location is leicester. i think my symbol rate is 6.887?

 

Yes it is 6.887, Clear Data and do a Factory default on that symbol rate and then try it again, I presume that you do now have the Live cable feed in the correct place, RF in,

now the power scan is running right as we speak (or type rather) its goin a lot slower then before. im presuming its really seearching for something now.
