    what's a null modem lead? I've a ntl cable modem, presumably one of those will attach to that? I'll have to look for the program you mention

    Nothing to do with that.Its lhe lead that attaches your computers rs232 to your box's rs232 but make sure its a null modem lead not a serial lead.you can get them in Maplin for €16 or PM me and i can send you 1 out cheaper.

    Does any one know if this will restore s*y sports 1 as this is the only channel that has turned off. Thanks for any assistance
