Euro-vox max v help

Hi total newbie to all of this here.
I have searched the site and cannot seem to find an answer to my problem.
I have just bought a euro-vox max v box and its working but it seems not to be getting all channels, such as CH and BBC3 for starters.
Every time I do a power search or auto search I get a different amount of channels, some of the ones I do get will not work, such as "sky action".
Am I missing something when i am doing the setup or is this a usual problem depending on what area you live?

Having the same problem myself,anyone out there with an answer.

 

Try a factory reset and then start all over from scratch didnt work for me but maybe it will for you.
