EURO VOX NOT WORKING

scouser.....i dnt seem to be able o bring up the secret window when i key in 1968, infact none of them 4 digit numbers do anything, i read i culd be using old firmware, is it possible to update this using tht RS232 null modem cable???? i can seem to bring up any info regarding codes or were its possible to view this info....cheers mate, el nino is god

no scouser im using a digivox, now if its the same i hve no idea....i cant input any number at any screen, yellow button nthing happens, 1968 nothing happens

You need to add specific frequencies for your area. Havent got them to hand at the mo, but post back and I will get them for you.

 

Use the < or > button for alpha numerical method. Or use shortcut method, press menu, press yellow button, input 54 01 for N** or 5E 01 for Ch**us and use numerical buttons and on screen guide.

ok I have a eurovox max 2007 when i checked my codes were 100 % well exactly what was on your code list. On Ch***s but still getting code updating. Swords Dublin

I just tried the new codes for N*L Galway, and I still get the "Updating code" message after. (Except for the 3 or 4 channels that were never scrambled over the last few days). I checked the codes 5 times.
They haven't changed the codes again already surely?

 

So will they have to be changed manually like this from now on and what is needed to bring the auto update back for the boxes?

 

Think it is a wait and see situation at the moment, probably manual for a while and then a new software version to be flashed onto the box.

 

its just the letter o thats thr problem when i use the < > keys it just goes to the next number what button is o i can get all other letters its just that one thats the problem

 

I'm pretty sure that's a zero, not O. It's all in hexadecimal 0123456789ABCDEF, but that's as far as the letters go in hexadecimal.
