EURO VOX NOT WORKING

have put in the new codes for ntl uk
yellow button method
gone to slysports

still stuck on code being updated
how long should it take to update?

checked the codes they are right

any ideas how to get working? turn off clear everything start again?

Im with Virg*n Med*a just outside glasgow area and so far this is what i've done
Entered ntl codes manually
00 : f5-70-e3-ad-3f-2d-f8-f4
01 : b4-e2-02-e7-17-01-79-bc
and also entered telewest codes manually
00 : be-62-64-fb-d3-2c-73-f6
01 : d8-9b-e6-5e-3a-0c-45-ae
These codes are still entered when i go into secret menu via 1968 code twice but when on tv screen it still says :
Please wait, code being updated...
can anyone give me any more advise on maybe something i have done wrong or something i am not doing as i dont think i can live without my Eurovox.
ps it is a eurovox blue 2006 updated with 2007 software and this is the first time anything like this has happened to it.

8th April 2008 Codes changed again. See below.

1. Press Menu
2. Press Yellow button
3. In Provider enter 5401
4. In 00 line enter. 06-7a-f3-88-d2-24-15-f5 (check the bottom of your screen for letter buttons.)
5. In 01 line enter. 73-75-c3-cc-59-6d-df-fa

6. Press O.K.

Then scan for ch. as usual.

This was given to me by cushey08 and it worked straight away for me.

Same as yourself mate. South Lanarkshire, Scotland here on V.Meedja. Using manual codes:-

00 - BE 62 64 FB D3 2C 73 F6
01 - D8 9B E6 5E 3A 0C 45 AE

Not sure what my provider code is though but have tried "5A 01" and "54 01" with codes above. Getting nothing new.

Eurovox MaxD bought a few months ago. Are the service provider codes right do you know?

 

thanks lads fair play i'm back up again. I guess this is going to keep happening all the time. will the new firmware fix having to input these codes all the time?

Has anybody in Scotland thats with virgin got theirs going with the telewest codes as i have tried manually inputing the codes both ways ( by pressing menu and yellow and by pressing menu then ok and 1968 twice)and it still wont work but i dont think the fault is with virgin as my box from them is still working fine.

Not getting anywhere with the Telewest codes at all (even tho it was Telewest in here before V.Meedja). Have messed about with the NTL ones too but nada.

This is a nightmare. Can anyone please shed any light on this that might have got it working in Scotland with V.Meedja?
