eurovox 1000

hi i just got a eurovox ex1000sl and on turning it on it says no channels found.can anyone help im in dublin and i have another and its working grand.ty

hi mate!!! i have got the same box has you. it depends on what channels you have got? are they freeview channels or not? i have had a look and it looks like you will have to put the new firmware that came on last nite. do that and im sure you will get all the channels back. is your other box the same model has ur ex1000sl? i hope that helps you!!!!

Press menu, config, system info and type back whats in there.
