Eurovox 1000sl signal stuck 8%

I bought a eurovox ex1000 last week. It was working great but know the channels are breaking up and when i press the information button the level and quality levels for every channel are stuck at 8%
i have rescanned it done a factory rest and its still the same any ideas?

 

where abouts are you and who is your provider previous to VM? eg TW, N*L C&W.

 

Im in denton manchester and use ex C&W but i now the feed is ok cause i have a working max v box.

I'm unsure of your symbol rate as it could be 6952 or 6887 in manchester but try both, what ever you scaned with before use the other for the first scan but make sure you do a factory default.
