eurovox 2007 only 52 channels

    can anybody help me only 52 channels no mater wath i do power scan my box went 3 days ago i put in the codes and grand but i only got 52 so i done delete all channels then a power scan and still the same
    iam in dublin on ntl put new codes in to night still the same
    any suggestions will be well come
