eurovox 2008

i need some brains to help me pass this problem.i am having problems getting my eurovox max-v 2008 to find any channels when i scan.
if any one could let me know what the freq/symbol rates are for the grimsby area i can then imput manually.
any help you can provide would be fantastic.

Your area is exN**. Do a powerscan using 6887 as the symbol rate.

 

tried that one with a few freqs i picked up of the forum,got some channels but not many and some where scrambled.

No need for manual input. Factory reset and powerscan again from the direct feed, i.e. no splitter.

 

thanks will give it a go as i do have a splitter on for my internet.

have done a factory reset and power scan with a direct feed on symbol rate 6887 and mannaged to get 304 channels but 90% of them seem to be scrambled & i also get (please wait, code being updated) .
can any one help please

 

What firmware are you using. Press menu, config, system info. Post what it says for SW version.
