because we have VM over here mate, and i have Virgin BB through Fibre optics it aint all backwards over here!! running water and combustion engines and all lol
LOL yep I know that but you need a coax feed, I think you are in an exN** area AFAIK for Belfast. If you have a live coax feed from VM I will try to get you a CDF, but as said I need you to tell me for sure that you are exN**, not telepest or C**.
i have not got a dicky bird what your talkin mate, my eurovox is working absolutely fine! i just want a CDF File that will work for me!
if its anything to you i have a thick white cable going to my Eurovox, and im with Virgin Media for TV, BB and Phone
OK basically all VM areas are either exN**, ex Telepest or ex C**. exN** areas use 6887 as the symbol rate, others are 6952, and each area has different frequencies, so thats why I need to know your provider info. I am sure its ex N** in Belfast. So as said a CDF is only good for a certain area and provider.
okay, someone gave me a dublin CDF to put onto my Eurovox and i put it on via voxer and i lost all my channels, restored the box to factory settings and all the channels are back, but no picture
Told you each CDF is different for areas and providers. To get picture back check your scart connection.
OK finding it hard to get a CDF for your area, I may get one but not tonight. To fix your problem do this: 1. Press menu, config, clear data, clear channel data. Use 1004 if it ask for a pin. Press OK. 2. Powerscan will appear, use 6887 as the symbol rate. 3. Set start frequency at 100.000Mhz, end at 900.000Mhz. 4. After powerscan, press menu, installation, user installation. 5. Press red button to update channels. TV will go blank for a minute dont worry. 6. After that channels will update. Put in on Sly sports if codes need updating.
okay in the process of doing this, after the last power scan, all my symbol rates wer 6887, but when it was done, it would not come up saying "updating code"
