EuroVox Channel probs!!

    Lads!need help ASAP!
    I'm living in North Kildare and I have a Euro-Vox MaxV box.
    On Thursday all my channels went except one or two like RTE2. The screen just says 'Please wait Updating Code'. this has happened before but only for a few minutes.
    This has lasted 4days!
    any ides?? help much appreciated!!
