eurovox ex1000sl rs232 cable

    hello,i bought a rs232 cable yesterday ,as thats what it said in the manual,but cant seem to download the firmware when i connect it to my pc ,any ideas please,also when going to download the firmware there are several files in there which one do i need to download thanks
