Eurovox flashing step by step.

did you factory reset first and then re-scan? remove any splitters and connect to the cable directly as close to the cable entering into the house.

 

Done as instructed by hiteck tut'
the eurovox is connected to exactly the same cable as the dreambox 500c,the main feed to house,
500c works perfectly on this cable,so far!.

 

I answered a similar query you had a few days ago it related to the Max V http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-59/eurovox_ireland_yes_or_no-785472/. But the scanning principle remains the same for the 1000SL or any other Eurovox in your area on Ch**us cable.

However after giving you the info you never gave any feedback?

Thanks, im kinda busy with work and also getting a lot of people asking me to take a look at various boxes for them, its all gettin a bit much, should have stuck to dreamboxes only.Iv just got the hang of them, thanks to the help of users here, including yourself,
but trying to learn about new boxes at the same time, keeping up with my own job, post and reply to all threads, search for answers etc etc ,kinda all gets confusing sometimes and it takes a few days to get around to going back to some up-dated threads.
So my appologies ,but i do hope you understand, i dont work infront of a PC screen all day, i do get limited access during the day and then at home in the evening, that is after ,i have dinner,get showered and changed, do the usual stuff required of a husband and father of 3 young kids, then if i am still able to stay awake ,ill log onto AFTERDAWN.COM for a little bit of info, in order to help out some friends ,and maybe, who knows, pass on a little bit of help and knowledge to someone else using the site too.
i do appreiciate any help or info given .

Its out of date Gary sorry I will ask for it to be removed or at least moved into the archives. Any one with an updated CDF or CDFs could post them here or on a dedicated thread and I am sure they will be gratefully accepted

 

Is it m8 i used it on me m8s ex1000 yesterday an all was fine anyways ill try get an updated 1 up later

 

Its my CDF and even I thought it was out of date I am sure there may be one or two changes you may have not noticed or else I have suffered memory loss again

 

yeh i didnt check everything still be usefull for the people only picking up 10 channels n stuff

 

my friend dropped me in his E/V ex1000sl this morning asking me to flash it four him,its my first time even to see one of these boxs never mind flashing it!the box is working hooked it up to tv and had limited channels,in top left corner is blue light and red when in standby mode.but ther is no display screen,no 0000,no----,nothing at all,is this normal for this box,some how i dont think so.

 

There is no display on ex1000sl.Red light = off,Blue light = on.

to sort out the problem of no transponders found on the eurovox 1000,, if you go to fast install then press the red button for advance install... in the 1st box enter 200.00 and in the 2nd box enter 600.00 and press ok you will get 12 tp's

Are you talking about Dublin? You should get 13 TPs between 290 and 420, not sure where reswob is scanning from though?

 

sc0user i'm in Dublin and can only pick up 12 tp,s on the 1000 some channells have moved to 150.00 and the box only picks this tp up on a full scan, thats why people are only getting 10 channels

 

Your spot on Pauley my apologies I forgot about 150.00 hence why I have a memory like a goldfish
