    Flashed a EX5000 with new fix and it worked a treat,put the channel cdf on also but all the channels were there twice,so i done a factory reset andd then a deep scan and it didnt find any channels, reflashed and put the cdf back on and nothing. Any ideas?

    If you are in Dublin try as above with a manual scan on 6887 from 150.00 to 250.00, bit above what it should be but try it.

    I done a scan and got the transponders, still saying scrambled,do you have to turn the emu on or something?I done a factory reset,maybe this turns it off?

    Sorry in user installation you can select start and stop frequencies. I am heading off for a bit and will check the firmware again when I am in front of a box tonight.

    The emu should be on by default just leave it on a scrambled channel.

    No i think if you do a factory reset it sets it too off,do you know how to get into this to check that its on Scouser?

    Put the new firmware on my EX5000 pvr then scanned from 290 to 410 picked up 119 channels but nearly all of them are scrambled the same as before I put the new firmware on.

    Hey, I'm having major problems getting my laptop to recognize my 1000SL. I even downgraded to XP for ease...to no avail. I am connecting using 9 pin female-female to usb adapter. I have installed drivers and the com port is correct.

    Could anyone help please.

    just updated Eurovox max red in dublin with the software on page 1, rte 1 works fine but every other channel has an information box saying 'please insert smart card'.. help please

    iv had enough of this eurovox EX1000sl, its for the bin,
    all im getting is 10 channels ,
    iv tried everything suggested here .
    getting only one transponder at 150MHz --6887(sr)
    MANUAL SCAN, FULL SCAN, DEEP SCAN ,STILL THE SAME ,
    ANY LAST SUGGESTIONS.

    Dont give up you must be doing something wrong im in d 24 and have just flashed 6 boxes all working fine do a factoryreset on 6887 and then do a powerscan from 290 to 420 and you should be ok .
    Where are you located

    sorry to interupt but start your power scan at 150000 and make sure all of your tp are in
