    are you sure you put the right firmware for your box on for starters
    also are you sure your box was not a clone

    do you know if anyone had success resetting the cables?
    what are these jtags, i've seen them mentioned just havent paid attention to it

    I have never need to reset my cables but its what I would try as when working with faulty pc/laptops we always that all components are set correctly.

    I don't think you have a clone as the box wouldn't have worked with the new fix if it was

    i know was thinking that about the clone myself, cant understand how it worked then died a bit confusing. i done hundreds of replays, eurovoxs etc over the years but this is a bit of a spanner in the works

    i did'nt see he had already flashed it
    this type or thing is happening to a few different type of boxes
    ive noticed it on the box usb a few times where they have turned of the box went back and it was basically dead!!

    what are his chances of recovery with a jtag?
    I've never used 1 myself and don't know their success rate.

    sc0user, mickah, e45 or a few of the other addicts would be better answering that if he explains what has happened to his box
    sorry not my area never tried 1 myself.

    press menu go into language settings and press 1968 and another thing called emulation will appear make sure its on

    can only really explain why all your channells are scrambled again
