Eurovox flashing step by step.

Hey everyone. Need help once again. Thought I was getting everything right- how i thought wrong. Just hooked up a eurovox ex5100 pvr to my bedroom. I have put the latest firmware onto it. However I have tried all the install features to find channels but Its not finding some sky channels such as sky action and sky 2/3. I have the emulator on but im still finding it difficult to get all the channels.

If anyone can help me that would be great.Hopefully one day Ill know things

 

Plenty of help here, but you have to help yourself too
Menu-- OK--1968-- enable emulator. HIT RED TO SAVE.
Exit back to screen.See are channels clearing,if not check emulator
Menu--OK--1968. Now check is emulator enabled.
If emulator is OK and still can't view chls. try this;
MENU--OK--1968--1968; HIT BLUE (DEFAULT KEY)
If still in trouble go to SYSTEM INFO, check firmware type & date
Get back here with ; SYSTEM INFO details

Are you seeing the emulation column when you press 1968? also where abouts are you.

Sorry superreds I didn't see your reply to Hi-Tec.
You have wasted 2 weeks because you had wrong firmware
People stating they have latest firmware is very common.
They would be better to state firmware version & date.
The experienced people here would tell them if it's latest version

 

Is any1s comedy extra gone on ntl hmm mine is only channell that is tho

 

Press info twice on that channel take a note of the frequency top left, press menu, OK on User Installation, enter 0000, highlight the freq's noted earlier then press OK so a tick appears at the side of the freq's then press manual scan (blue button). Screen will go black for 20-30 seconds just leave it to update.
