Eurovox flashing step by step.

You can get HD channels if your in the uk but this has nothing to do with not picking up sport channels, have you tried a deep scan without splitters.

I have a eurovox1000sl and am looking to put the latest firmware on it.
I got a Usb serial cable type male/db9 male,
if i get a null modem cable will this fit into it?

hi all! please some body guied me wher to download tha latest firmware i know there is a link by Mich but now all the downloaded turn to a software by 4shared.com and i can not get the firmware or any other file, i think they blocked these files, or i am wrong, thanks in advance.

Exactly what firmware are you trying to download and are you using Eamo's FTA Library?

I was wondering if someone could have a quick look at these cables i have bought off ebay. Maplins wanted 50 yoyos for cable and adapter, however i got these ones for 8 delivered.

Only problem is, they dont seem to work !!!! Arrrgghhh

The box itself is a MaxV

After connecting the cables and hitting the download button it goes as far and to be "Waiting on the receiver"

After turning off and on, checking connection and waiting for some time, it still does not recognise the box ...

Anyone can help me out?
