Eurovox flashing step by step.

where are u now have u tried it out since u loaded the firmware all the sports movie disney channels are gone in dublin as they have moved to nagra 3 so you wont get them if you are on ntl but all the entertainment channels etc still work for the moment until they make the witch aswell

 

please can some1 help bought new ex1100usb scanned all channels but all but free ones are locked

 

have you put the latest firmware on your box, scan in for all the channels then you press menu,language stttings, 1968, and make sure the emulator is enabled press the red button to save and exit,
hope that helps and the settings to turn the emulator on is the same as the older versions if im wrong some 1 correct me

 

Completely different method with the New Eurovox 1100 USB >>

After Installing Firmware:-
Go into the Language Menu and Press - Red-2-5-2-0, this will allow access to the Emulator & Key edit menu, switch the EMU on (XCAS) and press Green to save & exit.

hi you all seem like a very helpful group i am having mega trouble getting my 1000sl o connect to my laptop i have the usb to serial converter an a null modem cable. was using the programme voxer to try to make a cdf file for my box because i get sick of having to re order all my channels after a re scan. voxer managed to find the box once after an hour of trying it came up with all my channels i re ordered them and saved the cdf file. when i came to connest the box back up to upload the file it won't find n gives the mesage eurovox could not be found check settings and connections and try again. i have even bought a new null modem cable incase it was that. i am totally confused now why it connected once. by the way my laptop is runnng windows vista

i think ive been sold a bad en, actually bought it off eurovox site but dont understand why wont work firmware versions are aug 2009 really need help or will have to send back if they will have it.

are u trying to load firmware onto the ex1100usb if so Put the firmware on a USB stick and put it in the receiver Press -> Menu-tools-Upgrade by USB, highlight the firmware file and press RED to flash and OK to confirm 10 seconds later its done
