    thats a Sat box, loads of better ones out there, by the way this is a Eurovox thread, so can you remove your (delete it) posts and re-post it agian in a new thread if your looking for advise

    dammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i just recieved my new card for virgin dundee area there it goes my LOl box in couple of week time please tell me if there is some hope of getting a fix
    in the near future or shall i get rud of box .

    ive tried loads of diifrent thinngs but just get downloading failed every time any ideeas what im doing wrong !

    get your loader ready with your file on it turn the box off at the mains then press download on the loader then power on the box you should then see it loading if you have the correct cable and you have the correct com port on your pc set up

    i have done this but im not sure i using the correct loader or files
    beacause i have a null mobem cable running from my box to my older
    desk top which has a 9 pin serial port and is also on xp and evry time i try to download the file to flash the box it fails to download and
    comes up with peaa on the the box ?

    well then you have the incorrect firmware for your box or you have a clone that is why you get that error message

    hi there i have a problem with my eurovox max v box basically i tried to sort out the channels alphabetically and it sorted them out but when it goes to save the changes the box sort out switches off/ freezes and when this happens the only way to get it to work again is to power it down then reboot... then all of the channels are gone. when i go into channel manager a list comes up and its all a scrambled list of letters and numbers. i now cannot even clear data as it switches off just as it goes to save. even when i do a power scan it can find all of the frequencies and channels but it cannot save them... does anyone know what is happening to my box...
