Eurovox flashing step by step.

    just thought i say i am having the same problem as papaq and the others , flashed 3 eurovox maxv boxes today . factory default and power scan and they all seem to be working , but the system info is still saying its the april update lol , so yea i am a bit paranoid.

    Hi all would just like to express my thanks to all involved in providing the new update and also the easy to follow guide. Just updated my Eurovox MAX V 2008 in Galway and have all my channels back again. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work

    I think it went on ok, did a factory default and powerscan after update all worked fine. Just did another factory default and powerscan. Now it has gone back to saying 'please wait code updating'
    So maybe it didnt go on ok.

    Just tried the codes (which i got elsewhere) and its working.. (For Now!!)

    hi shels as hiteck has said the sys info doesnt change i was thinking the same mtself but i know other boxes are showing the same so dont worry your box has the current firmware

    hi i live in dublin but good friend lives down there on ch-rus and i have reflased a few on n-l up here and am not sure weather it will autoroll down there or even on ch-rus in swords cheers

    @ HiTek.
    I only have a PVR to check with as the boxes that dont seem to have flashed correctly are back with their owners - the PVR shows new firmware date - the boxes that dont seem to have updated keep saying "please wait, code being updated" - just as before reflash - not sure what version they are as I've shifted 100's of each, blue, red, black and PVR!

    o.k. cheers i mean i do think its the latest updates , as its working lol and i have not put any codes in . The are no changes then with say the menu layout , that would point to it being the latest update ?. but yea i have all my channels back so i am happy. thanks to all the ppl on the forum .

    hi folks arrived home couple of days ago after a 4 month tour to find my eurovox max v box that had been flashed mainly to hi-tec and scousers help 3 months ago my 9 year old had been watching me trying to put codes in and tried to fix it him self i have got the latest firmware downloaded on to it and it just gets to the stage after power scan no transponder 8%in the bottom right corner corner and i need help thanks in advance

    are you sure you flashed it with the rite software?

    think so got it from a link on hi-tecs advice which has been impeccable im just lost at the moment the other one i have ran perfectly and is working fine i think a factory default may hae been selected and deleted or re -set

    What does it say in your system info? did you use the 8% signal fix before also where about's are you.

    on my 17th re try loosin the will to live i hhave 22 kids comin for a christmas/birthday party saturdy need to get this sorted asap thanks so much all help app.

    hi-tec hiya no never came up before hand im in d 24 ireland and the work you and the other folks have been doing has to be commended as perfection thanks to you all. little people do appreciate it a lot.
