just try a channel scan,as they(ntl/virin etc)like to move they channels all the time(just to be awkward i suppose)if that dont work do factory reset and then do a scan again, then when scan is complete switch on your emu.to find emu click menu, language.type 1968.good luck.

sorry i meant ntl ireland,as far as i know there is no changes planned as yet in the uk.try a scan as they tend to move their channels around to fool the boxes, this should find these lost channels.

Is this a power scan meaning i will be deleting all my order, as i have already done a 'update channel' scan wth no joy. If i do a power scan do i have to do a factory reset, delete anything else?

try power scan,if that dont work try factory reset(this will clear any channels currently not working)but also will bring you back to the installion process,so you enter language etc then do a power scan again, when scan is over you will need to switch your emu back on(emu is what unlocks the channels,a reset will switch it off)to switch back on your emu press menu and on language type in 1968 or press menu/press language/type in 1968(one of these will work)then scroll down to emu and switch it on,if you have to save then save and then exit back to tv channels go to sky one sky 2 or sky sports and if there not on wait a second or 2.this will clear all channels not working and re install them(working)and perhaps new channels.you should do this every month or so.

Lisboa67 - Just click on the link marked Eurovox at the bottom of my post for a full guide on scanning, but first you need to do Factory Default - Menu and across to Config, choose Clear Data OK enter 0000 and then choose Factory Default on 6887 OK and OK to confirm then a Full Powerscan on Symbol Rate 6887 (Oxford) - No need to bother about the Emulation, as it is ON by default on the Eurovox, but as said just click on the link at the bottom and follow HiTeck's guide on scanning okay.

ok powerscan first, press menu button, you should see install and fast install, try fast install first, then press ok.it should scan for channels.(you may need to type in the symbol rate for your channels, thats a figure that helps the box locate your channels)as i am in ireland i do not know this figure, you will find this in the eurovox forum here.when scan is over return to your tv channels and check if the missing channnels have returned.these things are kind of trial and error really(i mean these boxes)you just need to fiddle and try things out, dont worry you cant hurt your box.it sounds hard but this is the easy bit.also there is the world of info on this site about eurovox.

According to your other thread I have helped you with you have preformed a factory default and a power-scan a number of times so why are you asking again how to do it.

If you are struggling then please say so in the thread I have helped you with but please don't say you have done what your saying you can not do in here.

As Malci said read this post, I made it a little easier to follow last night. >> http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/674371#4103005
