my box is not responding, it doesn't show the green light on stand by and only responds to the off button plz help
To help you better please make sure you have the box type specific model and what program was on it or what you loaded to it, what supplier is are you cable or ariel?
i have a eurovox blue with the newest firmware on it, i opened the top lid of the box and pressed the reset button but nothing happened any ideas?
that was happening to me took me a few minutes for itto reset try holding rest button down let go for a few seconds just keep doig it will eventually start downloading..
Also you could also try Unplugging the box from the mains to and then plug back in, Also Try to push the program on by clicking the start button (even if cant find box or box not responding message is up) and selecting a com then unplug the box and plug it back in it should work right away Good luck - Its worked for me already with max v

Happy New Year all. Located in Dublin 13. I have a Eurovox V which is 100% DEAD. There is absolutely no sign of life anywhere- not a led – nothing. I tried the reset button – still nothing. I have tested and measured the AC voltage in and all of the DC voltages out of the internal Power supply board and they all appear to be the expected value. I would appreciate any help or comments at all. Thanks in advance.
