Is your scart in fully your coax from n.l in your" rf in "on the box, and lastly check and see if there is work going on in your area also you can check and see if your emulation is on by going into menu language settings(ok) press 1968 on your remote go down to emulation and make sure its set to enable

I take it you can see the usb in device manager?if so i had the same problem a few weeks back and i just disconnected everything and reconnected firmly, and the box was detected immediately.

hi mate.. i hope youve already downloaded the latest firmware this is what you have to do to get the usb adapter to work.. i had the same prob .

    1. Go to the Start Menu
    2. Right click on "My Computer"
    3. Select "Properties"
    4. Click on the "Hardware" tab
    5. Click on "Device Manager"
    6. Click the + sign next to "Ports (COM & LPT)"
    7. One of the listed ports should indicate which port your USB adapter is connected to (e.g. COM1, COM2, COM3, etc.)
    8. Go back to firmware loader and make sure it is looking at the correct port.
    9. You should be able to transfer data once the correct port is selected

p.s sorry scouser just used your words as it takes a long time to type out.

    hope this helps

hello i put the latest firmware on the ev last night but the same thing is happening again, channels are alright for a while but then the level, quility goes down to 8% and the picture breaks up and then no signal, if you turn it off for a while the level-quility goes back up then back down anyone have any solutions for this.

make sure the box is connected to the main stream without a spliter or somewhere esle in the house.if this dont work there might be a problem with the feed you are gettin from your prvider..however if your nets workin fine without a prob there might be a prob with your box itself so contact the pperson who sold it to you.

    cheers
