Eurovox Max problem

    Guy,

    Please let me appologies if I am doing this wrong first of all and I have upset or offended anyone, but I REALLY REALLY need your expert help!!

    I have to normal "please wait, code being updated" as many other people here, but I seem to have followed ALL the steps, very carefully and my Eurovox is still not working! It is the 2008 version and is brand new and was working fine!!
    I live in St.Helens which is in between Manachester and Liverpool and am a Virgin Media subscriber.
    I have put in all the below codes with no joy:

    Povider 5C01
    key00 ed 74 1e 7a 5f 6b 60 40
    key01 71 0d ac f3 28 a4 ff 40

    Provider 5A01
    key00 4c D8 A0 68 f0 40 6a 24
    key01 2d ca ce 92 1c f8 52 3e

    I have also pressed 1968 and enabled the emm capture and saved it, but still no joy??!!

    PLEASE PLEASE can someone help, as his was a birthday present for me on 7/4/08 and I have only watched it for 1 day until this message came up.

    Again, I am really sorry if i've upset anyone with this posting, but this was my last choice before sending it back.

    what was your provider before it changed to virg** below are the provider ids i have

    Provider code for NTL is 54 01
    Provider code for Chorus is 5E 01

    peter lfc its as follows to input on eurovox and pansanonic posted the codes and prov id try it and see if it helps

    menu

    yellow button

    provider Id: input whichever prov id

    00: input new codes

    01: input new codes

    ok to store and exit.

    I'v followed the instructions of inputing code correctly and i am still getting the same message. the eurovox is not working for me and it has been fine for months.

    I got the codes from BigMaq. However they have been posted on the forums a number of times and are in post 1 of either this thread or the other sticky Eurovox thread since about 5.30pm
    Always remember your provider code and then check post 1 for updates.

    is there anything printed on the box on the wall that the cables are coming out of, mine says telewest so thats who my provider is, if yours don't just try all of the codes but make sure the provider goes with the code or it wont work: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/528527

    don't know what happened with bigmaq tonight never updated the irsh N*L or cho**s codes

    CREZZA I only just got it on in this house (JUST MOVED) so only Virgin Media.

    I read that you can find your provider by looking up your "SYMBOL RATE" mine is 6.952 does this help?
