    the cabel i hav got is 9 holes both ends (blue) came with my new super boxes woudl this be the correct num modem cable? havnt chekc my box yet to see whats what but my lappy has same blue with 9 holes thne next to it has what looks like the male with pins

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ive got a eurovoxmax blue...

    Ive tried all the various codes and updates no joy .... Im in Glasgow
    in what was an old cabletel area... im guessing now covered by NThell

    Can anyone help me sort this as my kids are driving me nuts !!

    Cable wise you need a 9 pin d female to female cable

    And just to confirm again...

    It works !!!!

    hey guys

    i updated my box with the latest firmware

    works a treat however i get a lower quality percentage before

    where i used to get between 85%-92%

    now i get between 75%-80%

    whats wrong

    Hi guys i am new to this stuff i got the old black eurovox
    been changing the code as u been posting them

    can u tell me what software i need to download to put fix on my box
    and tell me how i do it please..

    Somebody help me out please. I have the same problem as everyone else, I have bought a cable downloaded new firware etc. Tried all the codes from todays post but still updating code. Am I doing somthing wrong or just unlucky? Any pointers would be appreciated. I have a eurovox max thats around 2 years old. Not sure if its red or blue as I dont have the box but it has two scarts and a lable on the bottom says RAY384CXA0604 000567
